He has led sales and operations across conveyor belting, field service, and industrial mechanical service organizations. Allan combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership and has developed advanced information systems that enhance operational efficiency and data integration.

Darell Tipps is the Director of Operations at CapCorp with more than 46 years of experience in conveyor belting sales, service, and applications. He oversees day-to-day operations while serving as the company’s technical advisor for heavyweight conveyor belting and system design. Darell holds numerous industry certifications, including Belt Analyst, and brings decades of hands-on expertise that drive operational efficiency and technical excellence.

Mark Nikish is the General Manager of CapCorp Field Services, overseeing all field service operations nationwide. With 37 years in the conveyor belting industry, he brings experience across field service, equipment fabrication, application engineering, sales, and management. Mark’s leadership ensures consistent service quality, safety, and technical expertise across CapCorp’s field service organization.

Ken Harville is the Business Unit Manager for Conveyor Belting at CapCorp, providing technical product and field support across all CapCorp and Purvis territories. He brings 36 years of experience in heavyweight and lightweight conveyor belting and eight years of hands-on fabrication, installation, and vulcanizing experience. Ken’s extensive training with leading manufacturers enables him to support complex applications and deliver reliable solutions for customers and sales teams.

James Jackins is a Regional Field Service Manager at CapCorp with more than 30 years of experience in conveyor field service, technical support, and troubleshooting. He oversees CapCorp’s field service divisions, ensuring operational consistency and technical accuracy. A United States Marine Corps veteran, James brings disciplined leadership and a results-driven approach to field operations.

Tyler DiCamillo is a Regional Field Service Manager at CapCorp with over 15 years of experience in conveyor belt service, including extensive work in underground coal and hard rock mining. He is highly skilled in step, finger, and steel cable splicing and excels at troubleshooting and correcting conveyor system issues. Tyler manages field crews, plans and coordinates service jobs, works directly with customers, and provides technical support to the sales team to ensure safe and efficient project execution.

Mitchell Martin is a Regional Field Service Manager at CapCorp with over seven years of hands-on field service experience and two years in service management. He oversees scheduling, quoting, coordination, safety, and service delivery throughout his region. Mitchell is known for his problem-solving mindset, strong leadership in high-pressure environments, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
