CapCorp Total Belting Solutions, a division of Purvis Industries, delivers complete conveyor belting solutions for a wide range of industrial applications.
We specialize in both lightweight and heavyweight conveyor belting and support our customers from initial consultation through installation and long term service. Our capabilities include belt modification such as attaching cleats and V guides, precision slitting, and in house vulcanizing, as well as full conveyor belt installation performed by our experienced field service crews.
Our field service team is known for its responsiveness, technical skill, and commitment to minimizing downtime. We understand how critical conveyor systems are to daily operations, and we work efficiently to solve installation and repair challenges with minimal disruption.

Our Evolution
When Purvis Industries acquired CapCorp in 2000, the company operated with a small number of service locations and a focused regional presence. Over the years, continued investment in people, equipment, and inventory has fueled steady growth. Today, CapCorp operates 11 service and stocking locations nationwide, allowing us to provide consistent service, faster response times, and local support to customers across the United States.

Our Belting Solutions and Services
CapCorp delivers complete conveyor belting solutions for both lightweight and heavyweight applications. From belt selection and preparation to installation, repair, and long term maintenance, our experienced crews help keep conveyor systems operating safely and efficiently across a wide range of industries.
Heavyweight Belting
CapCorp features Fenner Dunlop Conveyor Belting for demanding bulk material handling applications, including aggregates, mining, cement, and power generation. Our team supports a full range of belt types, from standard 2 ply and 4 ply constructions to steel cable carcass and heavier duty belting.
Our crews perform full conveyor belt change outs on systems ranging from 10 feet to 10 miles and handle large belting rolls up to 99,000 pounds and 96 inches wide. Through Purvis Industries inventory, we also supply mechanical fasteners, belt cleaners, pulleys, idlers, and emergency repair materials.
Lightweight Belting
CapCorp supplies lightweight conveyor belts for food handling, unit handling, and specialty applications. We stock belts from trusted manufacturers such as Habasit and Chiorino in a variety of materials, covers, and colors to meet specific application and safety requirements.
Our crews can modify belts with sidewalls, cleats, and V guides, as well as provide slitting, punching, and in house vulcanizing. Belts can be delivered ready for installation or installed by our field service teams.
Field Services and Support
CapCorp technicians provide on site and in house support including belt repairs, sidewall repairs, belt tracking, pulley lagging replacement, and conveyor component installation. We also offer yearly and multi year Conveyor Service Contracts designed to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and extend belt life.
